Been going for 21 years, great views, nearby to great hikes and fantastic fishing spots.

We spent 3 nights at campground #37 in Sept. 2016. Our trip consisted of 2 couples, 3 dogs, and 2 boats (one fishing boat, one canoe). We liked that our camp site was secluded, only accessible by boat. This allowed us to let the dogs rampage around without worrying about disturbing other campers. The whole area is a beautiful. As for the camp ground itself - the showers and bathrooms were what camping usually is, a little dirty. The firewood was a little pricey at $6 a bundle. You have to pay $10 extra for each person, each night, over the 2 person included in the camp ground. Even after all this - it was easy to launch the boat and come and go as we pleased. We loved the privacy and would definitely come back again to check out one of the sites on the islands.

Small and cozy campground on a pristine lake. Some great waterfront campsites. Fabulous kayaking. Very helpful staff. Heading there today for our 2nd visit.

Love this place great remote camping

Beautiful views...a bit crowded in a Saturday. Showers are a nice treat!
